By checking here, I grant Dead/Live Video Festival (represented by Peter Berdovsky, aka Zebbler) the right to screen my work or/and display my performance and art in a non-paying public presentation on May 2nd-3rd, 2009 at Massachusetts College of Art and via simultaneous a/v broadcast on www.glitchloft.com. I understand that no performance fees will be paid.
By checking here I confirm that I have secured all necessary rights to the visual and audio material of my entry and I indemnify Dead/Live Festival and Peter Berdovsky (Zebbler) for and against any third-party claims related to the entry. I also indemnify, release and hold harmless Dead/Live Festival and Peter Berdovsky (Zebbler) of any responsibility and liability for any or all damages or losses that may occur to my entry.
By checking here, I grant Dead/Live Festival and Peter Berdovsky (Zebbler) the right to copy my work onto a digital master for screening purposes only.
